The primary aim of the club is to improve the individual's playing style and develop this into match-winning potential.
The school teams compete in the ECF National Schools’ Championships, where we usually enter an A and B team, as well as a number of school rapid-play competitions. Our pinnacle was in 2017 when the school A team qualified for the 2 day finals of the National Schools’ Championships, finishing 12th. That year we also came 4th in the National Schools’ Rapid-play Competition.
