Joel Downward and Jacob Hardy represented STRS at the Gloucestershire Unipart Forza Schools tournament, and were recently crowned the Year 7 Gloucestershire boys doubles champions. They put in plenty of practice leading up to the tournament, and it was certainly worth while, winning their final match 21-19.

Joel had individual success too, winning all three of his matches on the day, going home as the Year 7 boys singles champion. He won 21-3, 21-5 and 21-15. Congratulations to both boys.
