Year 12 Admissions

Prospective students from any school can apply to join our co-educational Sixth Form in Year 12. The GCSE grades required to study each subject at A Level are given in the Sixth Form Prospectus.

Applications are made direct to the School, via our online portal which opens late January from the home page of our website. More information about life and study in Year 12 and 13 at Sir Thomas Rich’s is available in the Sixth Form section.

  • 28 January 2027 - open evening
  • 29 January 2027 - applications open
  • 28 February 2027 - application deadline
  • 31 May 2027 - deadline for modifications to applications
  • Early July 2027 - Year 12 taster days at STRS
  • Mid-August 2027 - A Level results day
