Year 12 Admissions

Prospective students from any school can apply to join our co-educational Sixth Form in Year 12. The GCSE grades required to study each subject at A Level are given in the Sixth Form Prospectus.

Applications are made direct to the School, via our online portal which opens on 1 February from the home page of our website. As long as a student achieves the specified grades, they will be offered a place to study in our Sixth Form. Update: Due to demand at Open Evening, we have made Religious Studies available as an option in Block C.

  • 1 February 2024 – applications to Sixth Form open (online, via homepage)
  • 28 February 2024 – application deadline
  • 31 May 2024 – deadline for modifications to applications
  • Early July 2024 – Year 12 taster days at STRS
  • Mid-August 2024 – A Level results day
