Fresh from his debut at Ronnie Scots before Easter, Charlie Ros led the Jazz Band in a polished performance at ‘Jazz it Up’ as part of the Cheltenham Jazz Festival on May 3. Spurred on by the dry weather and support from families, friends and teachers, the band performed ‘Night in Tunisia', ‘It Don’t Mean a Thing, ‘Aint Misbehavin’, ‘Caravan’ thing’. Charlie then led the senior ‘Jazz Combo’ in an exhilarating rendition of ‘Chameleon’.
