Congratulations go to Robbie Hicks in Year 7, who competed in the 3x3 Rubik’s Cube event at the O2 Academy in Leicester earlier this month. There were 125 competitors in his event, and Robbie solved the cube with times of 34.33s, 31.90s, 31.89s and 33.68s. This has given him an overall UK ranking of 65th. Robbie is keen to compete in other events in the future, such as the 4x4 Rubik’s Cube and Pyraminx puzzle.
