Harry Millington and Kieron Amatobi in Year 7 have been shortlisted in the 500 Word Malala Yousafzai Creative Writing Competition, and students can vote for them online now! Voting closes 15 December, students just need to visit **https://app.connectedcreatives.co.uk/#**and register using their school email address. The four pieces with the highest pupil votes will be the competition winners for 2020 and will be announced by organisers Connected Creatives on Thursday 17 December.

For the competition, Year 7-9 pupils submitted a 500 word story of any topic or genre, and Harry achieved a High Commended with Kieron also shortlisted. The full list of shortlisted students from around the UK is available here:
