World Book Day is today! All students get a £1 WBD token, which can be exchanged for one of the books pictured on the token, or can be used for £1 off any other title – Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Asda, Waterstones and WH Smith all accept them. The LRC also has copies of all the WBD recommended books for teens, including works by Harper Lee, Philip Pullman, Ruta Sepetys, Angie Thomas, Marjorie Blackman, Mark Haddon and many more.
