Year 10 and 12 went to the World Skills Show on Thursday and Friday last week at the NEC Birmingham. This gave the students chance to explore the UK's largest experiential skills, apprenticeships and careers event. There was a range of activities, talks and opportunities to explore a wide range of skills and careers. The particular focus was on emerging technology this year. Students found the trip inspirational with students saying "I didn't realise virtual reality was used in so many ways".
