Yesterday a number of Yr 12 students participated in the mock interview morning. The students prepared an application form in advance which allowed them to reflect on their employability skills and previous work experience. Students were then interviewed by professionals who gave them full competency interview practice followed by some individual feedback. Students found this experience invaluable in developing their interview technique.
