Our chess teams performed very well at the South-West regional rapid-play tournament yesterday, at Bristol Grammar School. The A team finished an impressive 6th, with Alun A winning all of his games, while the B team achieved a highly respectable 8th place. A total of 36 teams competed in the tournament. Well done to everyone who took part.
