China Trip

The trip in July to China may seem to belong to the distant past, but this spectacular trip will have made an indelible impression on the students, as expressed by Tom Grainger Year 13.
From the spectacular and serene landscapes of Guilin to the bustling metropolises of Beijing and Shanghai, the China trip was nothing less than a fantastic and eye-opening experience. The Chinese were accommodating and especially friendly, a mention in particular to the incredible effort put in by our guides that gave an entirely different perspective to our visit. Among many, my personal highlight was walking atop the Oriental Pearl Tower in Shanghai. If not for the glass floor almost 230m above the ground, then for the picturesque view of the entire city in its magnificence. A truly amazing experience!"
