National Careers Week

National Careers Week

This week we marked National Careers Week in school. Pupils have explored a wide range of career pathways during tutor time, sparking conversations about future ambitions and the many different routes into the world of work. Head of Careers, Mrs Manning, worked closely with staff to deliver a fun, careers-themed quiz designed to get everyone thinking. From guessing which member of staff once worked as a tennis tournament referee to discovering whose dream job it is to be a train driver, pupils loved uncovering the hidden talents and aspirations within our school community. The activities provided a fantastic opportunity to reflect on the diverse journeys people take in their working lives, while encouraging pupils to think more broadly about their own futures.
