An exciting opportunity has arisen for a positive, motivated and highly organised professional with experience of working in a demanding administrative environment. The successful candidate will have proven IT and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a variety of competing priorities and meet deadlines.

The successful candidate will oversee the preparation procedures for all educational visits across the School, delivering an efficient and effective process for Visit Leaders (both teaching and non-teaching staff), parents and pupils. The post holder will liaise with the Assistant Headteacher (EVC) to ensure educational trips and activities are compliant and meet the School's requirements, keeping up-to-date with all legislation and best practice advice as necessary.

The role also requires the post holder to be the first point of contact for all matters relating to the School calendar, assessing requests with consideration to existing entries and ensuring events/visits do not clash in terms of cohort, dates, timings and venues etc.

Experience organising/leading trips would be an advantage as would working in a school.

This permanent post is for 37 hours per week, term time only plus INSET days, plus one week to be worked during the school holidays (40 weeks per year) and will commence in September 2022.

The salary offered is Local Government Grade 6, points 15-20, approximately £20,991.65 to £23,176.44 (proportionate to the full-time salary currently £23,953 to £26,446) per annum.
