39 pupils in Years 8 and 9 recently took part in another very successful German trip organised by Mrs Testoni-Ranken. The boys visited the historic and commercial centre of Cologne, travelled by boat down the river Rhine and spent a day at the Phantasialand theme park near Bonn. In the evenings they worked hard to complete a diary of their experiences. Such direct contact with German language and culture will surely stand them in good stead for their future studies.
