On Thursday October 5 eleven sixth form musicians travelled to the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden London to watch The Magic Flute by Mozart.

This was a unique opportunity to hear a live performance of a set work from the Edexcel A level Music specification in context and for some students this was their first experience a full length live opera for the first time.
