Swimming Success
Published Wednesday 16 March 2022 by SJV
Four of our Year 12 students have done amazingly well in the three recent County Swimming Trials which concluded on 5 and 6 March, with two of them, Amos and Mae, qualifying in a number of events at the National Finals. This is a huge achievement, particularly Mae, as she has qualified 8th fastest in the country. Theo and Louise both competed at all the Counties and Louise came 3rd in the 50 Freestyle.

The Counties act as a qualifier for the 2022 World Championships, Commonwealth Games, and a chance for age group swimmers to qualify for junior international meets, eg European and World Junior Championships.
A huge well done to all four students.
