This week Year 9 pupils took part in a challenging Enterprise Day, hosted by former Apprentice candidate Adam Corbally. Working collaboratively in teams, pupils were challenged to develop innovative business ideas that were not only profitable but also sustainable. Ideas ranged from portable water filters to an app that identified pieces of litter to help encourage recycling. Prizes were awarded at the end of the day for the top three teams, as well as for key employability skills such as teamwork, presentation and leadership. Overall, Year 9 impressed everyone with their creativity and entrepreneurial spirit!
